Hassle Free Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Millie & Ralph. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 28 days return policy where you can return any unused item(s), in its original packaging, with tags still attached, provided that it is in a resalable condition.

Sale/discounted items need to be returned in 14 days. Gift cards and Gift Boxes are non-refundable.


How Do I Return An Item?

  • Simply fill in the returns form included in your parcel
  • Package your items in their original packaging with tags still attached and in a resalable condition.
  • Click here to create a Royal Mail UK Returns label to your parcel. 
  • Print and attach the label or create QR code and print at your local post office.
  • Take your package to any Post Office and keep the tracking information.

You may arrange to return your items with another courier if you prefer. However, we do recommend using our returns label to save you costs on returning items. 

Larger items such as Pushchairs and boxed goods delivered through DPD cannot be returned using our Royal Mail tracked returns service and will need to be returned using a courier. We can arrange collection if these for a charge of £25 per box. Please contact our customer service team to arrange this.

Please ensure that you make a note of the tracking number when returning your parcel as we will not be responsible for lost parcels returned to us without Tracking Information.

We aim to credit your original payment method with 10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: A Returns Handling Fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your return when using our UK returns label.

All delivery charges are non refundable in any circumstances - If you received free shipping for spending over a certain amount and your refund takes your total order amount under the spend threshold we reserve the right to also deduct our standard shipping fee of £3.99 from any refunds.

Can I Exchange An Item?

Unfortunately at present we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative size, please return your order for a full refund and reorder the required size on our website. 


Faulty / Damaged Items.

If you have received items which are damaged or faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims for damaged/faulty items will only be accepted if the item is unworn/unwashed and still has tags attached. We will not accept claims for damage caused to items that have been washed or laundered.

What items cannot be returned?

All personalised items are excluded from our returns policy. If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation on your item please notify us and we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. You will not be charged for return postage and we will despatch a replacement.

Mattresses and any items including mattresses such as bedside cribs can only be returned if the box is unopened and any seals / packaging are intact. If the item has been opened regrettably due to hygiene reasons these cannot be returned.

Rights to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods by notifying us in writing by email to customerservices@millieandralph.co.uk stating your name, order number and the reason for cancelling. You will be responsible for all postage costs.

Please note that cancelled orders will incur a 10% cancellation/administration charge.
